Request Device & Connectivity
The Los Angeles Unified School District is working to ensure every student and employee has access
to the internet connectivity needed for high-quality teaching and learning.
We are exploring device and connectivity needs to provide the right solution for every student, every educator,
and every family. Parents and guardians can now use a single form to request computing devices and/or connectivity services for all children enrolled in an LAUSD school. This information collected in device.lausd.net is used to supply schools with additional support and resources for students.

There is a new and simplified way of managing student devices and connectivity.
The Student Device Checkout Form has been updated and is now the Parent Acknowledgement and Device/Connectivity Request Form.
For each new school year, Parent Acknowledgement from needs to be submitted starting July 1st.

Parents can log in using their parent portal account.
Existe una forma nueva y simplificada de administrar los dispositivos y la conectividad de los estudiantes.
El formulario de préstamo de dispositivo del estudiante se actualizó y ahora es el formulario de confirmación de padres y solicitud de dispositivo/conectividad.
