Walter Reed Middle School offers a comprehensive three-year music program that has been in place since the 1930’s. music program is available to students at all levels and in all academies. The music program is proud to feature award-winning ensembles whether you join band, orchestra, choir, or jazz.

 

Students with no experience are welcomed to join the beginning level courses – including 7th and 8th grade students who are interested in starting. 7th and 8th grade groups (including the jazz program) require an audition.
